“The most beautiful experience we can have is the mysterious. It is the fundamental emotion that stands at the cradle of true art and true science.”

Albert Einstein

I don't begin with a plan. I begin with a surface and a feeling, and I follow it until the painting tells me where it's going. How beautifully mysterious is that?

Each piece starts in a little chaos and moves toward calm — not as a concept I impose afterward, but as something that happens inside the process itself. This is what is so magical about art! I build in layers, accumulate acrylic, ink, embedded fabric, sand, organic matter, or whatever the piece asks for next, working towards the final resolve. When resolution  arrives, I know the piece is finished and the story is told. My links are the most personal part of what I make, my visual language through which my process actually completes itself.

This is my art, my life story, and dedicated to my people, my stories, and my collectors.
